In order to lock down your events date we require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. Final Payment is Due 30

Days Prior to Your Event. A $500 Damage Deposit is also Due at Contract Signing. Should no Repairs or Excessive Cleaning be needed, this Deposit will be Refunded.
